10-12 miles. Meet 8:45 AM at State and Orange Streets in Media, endpoint of the 101 trolley arriving at 8:32. We will cover trails through varied terrain, on both sides of the Brandywine Creek and along Rocky Run, as we make a series of loops through this beautiful park. Bring lunch, water and wear boots. CHANGED: BECAUSE OF HEAVY SNOW AND ICY AREAS ON THE BRANDYWINE CREEK STATE PARK TRAILS, THIS HIKE IS WILL BE RESCHEDULED. INSTEAD, WE'LL HIKE AROUND THE BACK STREETS OF MEDIA AND ON ANY LOCAL, MEDIA PARK TRAILS THAT ARE PASSABLE. DISTANCE WILL BE WHATEVER WE ALL AGREE ON.

 

ADDITIONAL INFO: If driving, meet at State and Orange at 8:45 a.m. IF TAKING TROLLEY, CONTACT ME. The trolley is stopping at Providence Road, because of snow and limited space on State Street. We'll come meet you at Providence Road about 9:00 a.m. and continue to hike from there.
