5-6 miles. Meet at Valley Green Inn at 2:00 PM for our annual New Year's Day hike through this spectacular gorge. From the West Side of the creek in Andorra, take Ridge Avenue to Henry Avenue for about 1 mile. Turn left on Wises Mill Road to parking lot by creek. From the East Side of the creek, take Germantown Avenue in Chestnut Hill, turn west on Springfield Avenue to Valley Green Road. Follow to parking lot on right and walk down hill to Valley Green Inn. This is a combined hike with Valley Forge Audubon. An optional "Dutch Treat Dinner" at the Yu Hsiang Gardens Two, 7630 Germantown Avenue, will follow the hike.
