4-5 Miles. Depart Fern Rock Transportation Center parking lot, 11^th & Grange at 9:00 AM (40 miles to trailhead.) This is a beautiful park with a lovely lake to hike alongside. After the hike we will go into the water of the park’s pool. The pool has changing facilities, waterslides and a snack bar. Cost: $1.00. There is a fee to get into the pool.
