6 miles. Depart from Allen’s Lane Train Station at 7 PM (Chestnut Hill West Train arrives at 6:43.). For those who missed the June 12^th hike as well as those who enjoyed it so much so as to repeat an early evening hike in the beautiful Wissahickon as the daylight turns to dusk. A short walk from the meeting place in Chestnut Hill into the high trails of the park rarely visited. Possibility for refreshments afterwards at a local establishment. Cost $1.00.
