10-12 miles. Meet at 9:00 a.m. in the small parking lot at the Fernbrook access off St. Peters Road (40.215478, -75.709386). This preserve is a hidden gem with hilly wooded trails that wind through this beautiful part of Chester County. We will begin hiking the eastern side of Coventry Woods, stop at a bridge with scenic view for late morning snack/lunch, then hike the western and central parts of the preserve. We will make a second stop at a shelter near a pond for mid-afternoon snack/lunch. Bring lunch/snacks, water and hiking boots. Icy Roads and/or trails cancel.
