Depart from Red Lion at 9:15 am (10 miles to trailhead). Also, possible meeting in Philadelphia (50 miles to trailhead). Join us on one of the best sections of the Batona Trail. Hike from Byrne (Lebanon) State Forest Ranger Station for an 8 mile hike. After the hike we can enjoy a late lunch or early dinner at The Red Lion Diner (a hiker's favorite). Just carry a water bottle on the hike. Check with leader if bad weather is forecast. Cost: $0.75.
