7 miles. Depart F&B at 9:30 AM (25 miles to trailhead.) This hike goes along a wooded ridgeline of Baldpate Mountain and then descends to the valley where we cross over to the Howell Living History Farm. On the ridge walk we will see the remains of an old farming community and, at lunch, view the scenery of the valley below. The Howell Living History Farm is a working farm depicting farm activities in Pleasant Valley in the period 1890-1910. Bring lunch and water. Cost $0.75. Leaders: Allen and Bette Male, 215-830-9829.
