8 miles. Meet at Red Lion for departure at 10 AM SHARP (12 miles to trailhead) or at the trailhead - Carranza Memorial parking at 10:30. We will hike along the Batona Trail to Mount KorBar (named in honor of the two founders and builders of the trail). We will then continue on to Apple Pie Hill and then, so we don't backtrack, return on sand roads & trails off the Batona Trail. Call leader by Friday Feb. 15th if transportation is needed to Red Lion. The meeting place for anyone needing transportation to Red Lion will be the NJ Transit bus route 406 (originates in downtown Philadelphia) stop at the Marlton Post office on Main Street in Marlton.
