11-13 miles. Depart G & R at 9 AM (25 miles to trailhead) or 9:45 at the nature center. From the intersection of routes 29 and 63, go north for about 2 miles. Immediately after passing the Marlborough Elementary School, turn left at the brick sign for the school at the far end of the school property and proceed 1/4 mile to the nature center and park. A "jewel" of a hike that circles the reservoir on a mostly wooded path with ravines and narrow crossings with hills, valleys and flat areas.
