24-25 miles. Meet 7:30 a.m. at the Courtyard by Marriott Wilmington Brandywine, 320 Rocky Run Parkway, Wilmington, DE just off Route 202 (39.81800,-75.55070) in the rear, right side of the parking lot. This remains a special COVID loop edition covering a respectable portion of BATONA’s annual hike, with no public transportation required. We will be hiking along trails, roads, fields, and forests. On this traditional Thanksgiving Day hike, we will also see the Brandywine Creek, First State National Monument, Alapocas Woods and the DuPont Estates. Due to the length of this hike, it is considered to be fast paced and strenuous. If you have questions, consult with the leader before attempting this hike.
