23-mile loop hike around lower portion of Blue Marsh Lake. Meet at 8:30 a.m. at Dry Brooks Day Use Center and park at the end of the road near the beach and concession stand. There is no significant elevation gain, however, due to the distance and pace this hike is not for beginners. Hiking boots recommended. Hiking poles suggested. A face mask is required and must be worn when social distancing is difficult. Bring 2 liters of water plus lunch and snacks to stay energized.
