12-14 miles Moderately strenuous. Meet at 9:00 a.m. in the large parking lot behind the Park Office, 843 Park Road. Enter the park by South Entrance Road and follow the road until it dead ends. Turn right and go a short distance until you see the office. Turn right and follow the road to the large lot behind the office. Turn left into the lot and park at that end of the lot. We will explore some of the western side of the park before heading east and hiking the Mill Creek and Lenape trails. The hike will be almost completely in the shade, and lunch will be by Mill Creek. Some hilly, steep trails and muddy, wet areas. Hiking boots recommended. Bring lunch, snacks, and water. A face mask is required and must be used when social distancing is difficult. RSVP required.
