14 miles. Depart G & R at 7:30 AM (80 miles to trailhead). We will hike on a variety of trails in this National Recreation Area. There will be one steep climb of around 1,000 feet, then pleasant ridge walking, a visit to Sunfish Pond, and to finish out the day, a pleasant walk (mostly downhill) along a small mountain stream.
