10 - 12 miles. Depart G & R at 7:45 AM (90 miles to trailhead). This hike will go through Rausch Gap into Stony Valley, follow the AT to Cold Springs Trail, into the village of Yellow Springs, and back to Rausch Gap. See old stone works, foundations, and stone roads. Very scenic and historic area. Fast paced hike for experienced hikers. Cost: $1.00.
