12 miles. Join us for a loop hike on the Batona and Mullica River trails out of Batsto. We'll keep a good pace as we hike along the Batona Trail to Quaker Bridge, have lunch, and return via the lovely Mullica River trail. An ankle-deep water crossing is likely near the end. So, enjoy some green trees, quiet creeks, and easy, fast-paced walking in this winter wilderness. We may alter the route if there is significant snow. This is a long hike while the days are short, so be prepared. An optional dinner in nearby Hammonton is also possible. FOUL WEATHER CANCELS THE TRIP.
