12 miles. If using public transportation, take the 101 SEPTA trolley from 69th St. to the Springfield Mall stop. Meet leader at this stop at 8:25 AM. If driving, meet at 8:30 in front of Macy’s at the Springfield Mall (18 miles to trailhead).  Hike a variety of trails with vistas of rolling farmland, deep, wooded glens, and the Brandywine Creek in this two state hike. This is a moderate hike with some long hills & rocky terrain. Bring lunch, water, & sturdy hiking boots. Cost: $1.00. Leader: Mike Brake, 610-517-3490, mikebhikes@comcast.net.
