7-8 miles. For those using public transportation, take the 101 Septa trolley from 69th Street to the Springfield Mall stop. Meet leader at this stop at 9:25 AM. For those driving, meet at 9:30 in front of Macy's in the front of the Springfield Mall (60 miles to trailhead). There is very limited parking at the trailhead. We will walk along a country lane, by a quiet brook to a covered bridge. Be prepared to climb several rolling hills in this beautiful preserve. Cost: $1.00 + $1.00 for the Brandywine Conservancy.
