5 miles. Meet at the parking lot by the hawk watch viewing platform at 10:45. Entrance for the park from Militia Hill Road is GPS 40.12440, -75.22293. Call leader by Saturday afternoon if you need to be picked up at G & R at 10:30 AM. A relaxing, mostly flat walk along the Green Ribbon Trail and other trails in this small state park. A great place to hike in the winter. Bring water and food for a late lunch following the hike. Cost: $1.00. Leaders: Allen and Bette Male, 267-733-7607. REVISION - Due to heavy rain overnight we will shorten the hike to 4 miles and do the hard-surfaced Green Ribbon Trail from Fort Washington Park to Stenton Avenue and back. Be prepared for light rain. Meet at hawk watch viewing platform at 10:45 AM. Temperature near 60 degrees and south wind at 16 MPH.
